At the centre of the archive is a large collection of film poster graphic art and still photographs from all over the world. Numbering thousands of pieces, the collection includes original artwork, posters, press books, lobby cards and front of house stills plus many other items.

Preservation includes digital restoration of graphic and photographic art scared by time. All images of pieces from the archive have been digitally repaired with fold lines, paper loss, tape burn, scuffs and pinholes erased.

There is an argument that such signs of age have charm (which they do) and as such speak of the artifact's history. But faced with evidence of both immaculate, unused and unfaded artwork compared with battered and well-travelled pieces, I prefer the exciting sheen of the new (like a good blu ray remaster).

The majority of images on the website are taken directly from original pieces held by the archive. For more obscure titles where no artifact is available, screengrabs or low resolution images from the internet are occasionally used for illustrative and informational purposes. Films so far off the radar that no images can be found on the internet are illustrated with the ISFG "spy couple" logo.

Films are arranged by their original language title in the sidebar A - Z.

High Resolution images are available by request.
